We also will take care of mail delivery, bank document delivery, and any legal service delivery requirements.

Other tasks include and are not limited to:

  • Installing and removing signs from properties
  • Installing and removing lock boxes from properties
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Take photographs of exterior / interior for properties
  • Help with any necessary staging or decluttering
  • Delivering and picking up documents
